December 1, 2025
2025 has been a record-setting year. Since our founding in 2021, we’ve built a Smart Benefits platform designed for accountability. We’ve integrated more than 70,000 retailers to enable item-level precision and customizable approved product lists. We’ve partnered with dozens of health plans nationwide to improve care for Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries, as well as commercial programs and the employees they serve.
We’ve supported more than a million members, helping them access and afford OTC products, healthy foods, rent and utilities, dental, vision and hearing services, and even pet supplies. We’ve connected them with Registered Dietitians in Food As Medicine programs and improved maternal health outcomes through behaviorally-driven condition management. We’ve proven that our combination of Smart Benefits, high-quality member experience, and flexibility to support any plan design can make a difference in retention, Stars ratings, and actual health outcomes.
And along the way, we realized we were bigger than Soda Health.
evermore reflects this larger mandate to serve. Our new name fits. We’re driven to do more—ever more—to reimagine benefits, so they work for everyone.
Robby Knight, our CEO and co-founder, had this vision from the start. “We saw where the market was heading seven years ago. Growth in supplemental benefits was unsustainable. Silos between programs made it difficult to coordinate spend and challenging for people to access the dollars meant to serve them. The need to better align incentives, coordinate spend across programs, and tie dollars to outcomes was clear. We spent the last four years building the financial technology platform and partner ecosystem to solve this problem, which represents more than $100 billion of spending.”
While the company is being rebranded, our consumer-facing brand, &more, remains unchanged. The &more brand is accepted by more than 70,000 retailers as the face of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial benefits.
evermore answers the call for modern benefits infrastructure: a single card with a unified, integrated experience for states, retailers, and families—designed for outcomes, not just transactions. With this name change and our expanding scope, we’re changing the way benefit dollars are invested, coordinated, adjudicated, and evaluated.
